If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Darius! online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service (UPS). Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address. (Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. DariusProductions.com (Darius!) is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased,
DariusProductions.com (Darius!) will reimburse the return shipping charges.
